Our first experience with Century 21 Northland was as a home seller, in a down market. After our first meeting, Julia Lilley listed our home and marketed it extensively. Throughout the process, she kept us extremely optimistic about our ability to sell at the price we wanted. Her coaching paid off and we became first time home sellers shortly after our partnership commenced!
When we started to look for a new home to purchase, we did not entertain thoughts of using another agent as we were extremely pleased with Century 21 Northland. As buyers, Julia came through for us again in a big way. She took us to dozens of homes and was always available to us - even with hardly any notice. I remember walking through homes that I'm sure she thought we were going to purchase, but for some reason or another, just didn't feel like "home". Julia helped us put a secondary offer on a home that was under contract. Although our chances seemed slim, with Julia's knowledge and quick attention, we bought the home we wanted. I would like to highly recommend, Julia Lilley and Century 21 Northland. Julia did an amazing job selling our house. Selling our house was challenging for multiple reasons; I was based in California so the majority of our conversations and work together were done remotely, second and more importantly, our house was being sold as a short-sale. It is truly an understatement to say that Julia ran into road block after road block dealing with our mortgage company, the buyers, and the buyers’ mortgage company trying to get this short sale approved. Her complete determination and professionalism was amazing throughout the entire process which ended in a successful transaction for all parties involved.
